The chicken casserole must have been OK last night, as one pan was almost gone and the boys were all full. Joe came in late, so got to eat alone. His casserole might have been better if it had been eaten hot out of the oven, b/c he was out in the garage with Kevin too long -- tepid casserole it is then!
Not sure if I'll add it to the repertoire or not -- we're not really "casserole people", you know?
